Win Affy Tapple for Your School – Official Rules

1. Eligibility
This promotion (the “Contest”) is open to those who sign up for the sweepstakes through the page located at https://www.affytapple.com/about/win-affy-tapple-for-your-school/. Entrants must be 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Legal residents of the United States only. Employees of Affy Tapple, LLC (“Sponsor”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted online starting August 11, 2025 at 9:00 AM and ending October 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on October 19, 2025.
4. How to Enter
Submit your school’s information using the entry form on the contest page. Multiple entries are allowed. Any fraudulent or invalid entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
5. Prizes
One Grand Prize School will receive a delivery of Affy Tapple Caramel Apples (Plain & Sprinkle) delivered in person by the Affy Man (Chicagoland area only). Prize details and quantity are determined by the Sponsor. Maximum of 24-pack cases per delivery: 40 (up to 1,000 caramel apples).
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days following selection. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, you grant the Sponsor and its agents the right to use your entry, including your name, school name, and any submitted materials, for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
9. General Terms
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of technical issues, fraud, or other factors beyond its control. Any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates the rules may be disqualified. By entering, you agree to receive email communications from the Sponsor. You may opt out at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, injury, or loss resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.
11. Disputes
The Contest is governed by U.S. and Illinois law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties must be handled individually in the courts of Illinois. Class actions are not permitted.
12. Privacy Policy
Information submitted is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.affytapple.com/service/privacy/.
13. Winners List
To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or these Official Rules, mail a request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Affy Tapple, LLC, 6300 W Gross Point Rd, Niles, IL 60714. Requests must be received within 60 days of Contest end.
