When Should I Place My Order?
During most of the year Affy Tapple only needs 2 business days notice to fulfill and order. Our daily deadline for order placement is 3PM.
For example: If you place your order on Monday BEFORE 3PM, we can deliver your order as soon as Wednesday. If you place your order AFTER 3PM on Monday, the earliest we can deliver your order is Thursday.
October is our busiest month, and we require a minimum 7 business days notice to fulfill your order. If you are ordering in October, we recommend that you place your order as early as possible to ensure you get the delivery date you want.
How are Affy Tapples packaged?
Affy Tapples are packaged individually in a plastic package.
How Many Affy Tapples are in a Case?
There are 24 Affy Tapples in a case, except for Gourmet apples which have 12 apples in a case.
How Long do Affy Tapples Stay Fresh?
Affy Tapples stay fresh for 14 days after they are made. Since all of our Affy Tapples are made to order, you will want to deliver your apples soon after you receive them, so that customers can enjoy them while they are at their peak.
Can I get my Affy Tapple Order Delivered?
Absolutely! We offer FREE Delivery for 30 cases or more within a 50 mile radius of downtown Chicago. To see if your organization is located in our free delivery zone, Click Here.
For orders under 30 cases, or if you are located outside of our free delivery zone, delivery charges will apply.
What are the Delivery Charges?

How do I store Affy Tapples?
Affy Tapples are made to order and are perishable. To keep your apples fresh and crisp, we recommend that you store them off the ground in a cool, dry place (between 50-70 degrees). If possible, keeping the apples refrigerated is best.
Can I Pick My Order Up?
Yes! Orders can be picked up at our Factory Store in Niles, IL. We are located at 7425 Croname Ave, Niles, IL. To get directions click here.
Our factory store is open 6 days a week, and in October we are open on Sundays too!
Hours are:
Monday- Friday: 9AM-5PM
Saturday: 9AM-2PM
Sunday: 10AM-2PM October only!
While you are at our Factory Store, you can also try our delicious Mrs. Prindables Gourmet Apples and other confections!
How do I Pay for my Order?
Payment is due at time of delivery. If you are paying by credit card, your credit card information must be provided when the order is placed. If you are paying by organizational check or money order, please make it payable to: Affy Tapple LLC. Our delivery drivers cannot accept cash or personal checks.
What is the Minimum Order Size?
Our minimum order size is one case. However, you are only eligible for FREE delivery when you order 30 cases or more.
If you want to pre-order your Affy Tapples for pickup at the Factory Store, we require a minimum pre-order of 10 cases.
Can I order a Mixed Case?
We only allow mixed case orders for our Gourmet Affy Tapple’s. Otherwise, mixed cases are not available.
What Allergens should I be aware of in Affy Tapple products?
All of our caramel apples are manufactured on shared equipment with peanuts and other tree nuts. Additionally, our famous caramel is made with milk and contains soy ingredients. Please use caution if you have or are unsure about any of these allergens. Customer Safety is our greatest concern!
